Duties and Job Profile
The APFC is responsible for statutory, enforcement and administrative functions within EPFO. The duties may include:
- Enforcement of provident-fund laws and related provisions.
- Recovery of dues and supervision of recovery proceedings.
- Maintenance and supervision of accounts.
- Administration and general office management.
- Cash management, cash-book maintenance and bank reconciliation.
- Conducting inquiries.
- Settlement of provident-fund claims.
- Handling legal, pension and computer-related work.
- Preparation and monitoring of MIS returns.

Recruitment Test Centres
The Recruitment Test will be conducted at 84 centres, including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Patna, Prayagraj, Jaipur, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Ranchi, Srinagar and other listed cities.
Candidates should apply early because most centres are allotted on a first-apply-first-allot basis. The Commission may change a centre or date at its discretion, and requests for a change of centre will not ordinarily be entertained.

- Degree certificate or provisional degree with complete mark sheets.
