Eligibility / Educational Qualification

Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

• Candidates must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Proficiency in the local language prescribed by the participating Regional Rural Bank is required.
• Working knowledge of computers is desirable.

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

• Candidates must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Preference may be given to candidates with a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
• Proficiency in the local language prescribed by the participating Regional Rural Bank is required.
• Working knowledge of computers is desirable.

Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)

• Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university or institute.
• Preference may be given to candidates with a degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution is required.

Officer Scale-II (Chartered Accountant)

• Candidates must have passed the Chartered Accountancy examination from ICAI.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chartered Accountant is required.

Officer Scale-II (Law Officer)

• Degree in Law or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an advocate or Law Officer in a bank or financial institution is required.

Officer Scale-II (Marketing Officer)

• MBA degree in Marketing from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field is required.

Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager)

• CA or MBA degree in Finance from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field is required.

Officer Scale-II (Agriculture Officer)

• Graduation degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Dairy, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Engineering or Pisciculture from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field is required.

Officer Scale-II (Information Technology Officer)

• Graduation degree in Electronics, Communication, Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Knowledge or certification in ASP, PHP, C++, Java, VB, VC, OCP or related technologies may be desirable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field is required.

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university or institute.
• Preference may be given to candidates with a degree or diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution is required.

Selection Process

• Preliminary Examination for Office Assistant and Officer Scale-I.
• Main Examination for Office Assistant and Officer Scale-I.
• Single Online Examination for Officer Scale-II and Officer Scale-III.
• Interview for Officer Scale-I, Scale-II and Scale-III, wherever applicable.
• Document Verification.
